Successful new ventures need to resolve an enduring paradox. Charting a creative solution that writes its unique, unprecedented rules confers maximum competitive leverage. But effective execution to achieve that is imperative, for which there is no substitute for applicable experience.
Our speaker through his distinctive career experiences has excelled at bridging that gap between strategy, resources, and implementation across a variety of technologically flavored, early stage enterprises. He will speak with authority both on what makes an attractive scalable investment and how to manage daily operational issues to navigate the path to rapid growth and long term profitability.
