Bill has more than 40 years of service experience, focusing on commercial development, farmland, 1031 Exchanges, and industrial leasing and sales. He lists and sells hotels, commercial land, farm land, retail centers and commercial lots. Andy is a CRE Broker, Adviser and Speaker focused on innovative real estate concepts including co-living, co-working, adaptive re-use, creative mixed use and incubation spaces. He partners with developers, prop-tech firms, investors and owner/operators, looking worldwide for concepts and ideas changing the way space is used on a day to day basis.
