Transforming Your Business through M&A
Business combination can be a definitive and accelerated approach for entrepreneurs to achieve strategic breakthroughs or harvest longtime gains. But it can also involve all-encompassing surprises that are overlooked in light of presumably compelling opportunities. And sometimes living with those consequences can amount to detrimental steps backs instead of positive steps forward.
This month, we will welcome a highly skilled corporate development consultant who has advised many growing companies and their investors on the promises and pitfalls of acquisitions. Adept in private equity, cross-border deals and full cycle transaction planning, he will show what is vital for achieving success in preparing for and implementing this powerful tool while managing its risks.
