Globalization can generate vigorous debate on its social pros and cons. But on the level of an individual firm, it is clear a sound international strategy that is wisely implemented offers even small businesses real growth possibilities which can be otherwise unattainable. The challenge in pursuing them is effectively positioning the effort for the unique risks that can lurk in seemingly similar environments.
This month, we will welcome a highly skilled business advisor with the multifaceted international experience to aid clients in navigating the legal, political and economic dimensions of commerce across borders. Also familiar with the cultural factors that distinguish markets, he will highlight current controversies such as Brexit and the future of the EU as an example of how to adjust your marketing effort to an evolving foreign context.
