Everyone has heard the mantra “location, location, location. But looking ahead in commercial real estate as increasingly sophisticated collection and analysis of information occurs, is the new formula “location, experience, analytics”? Fundamentally a people-centric industry, how are tenant preferences changing and are their property experiences positive? Do landlords understand how to improve those experiences with technology? Can they also improve operations and lower costs through digital strategies?
Our speaker this month, a highly experienced commercial real estate professional, has a perspective on these and other key industry issues that she developed over many years assisting many properties throughout our metro area and collaborating with US and international investors. Her acumen will reveal the ins and outs of an always competitive and dynamic business undergoing its own technical transformation to become both smarter and more profitable.
