downward and outward. Witmer provides numerous examples and stories to
outline best practices for hiring and developing key management staff.

Neil
Witmer, PhD, founded Witmer & Associates in 1987 and has consulted in over
thirty industries since 1983. He specializes in partnering with CEOs
and private-equity boards to provide talent solutions to execution
problems. He has expertise in assessing high-potential managers for hire,
promotion and career development. Neil has been an adjunct consultant to an
international quality consulting firm, helping senior executives apply
